Hostal Costa Ibiza
"You get what you pay for"
Okay so I was personally really worried about staying here as 'hostels' have such a bad reputation - location is pretty good as you can walk to Bossa and to Ibiza Town in 20 mins. The lady on reception was lovely and there is a secure space you can leave luggage for late departures which really helped us. Our room was just as you open the door so we could hear literally everything. The aircon broke and the only downside is there no contact telephone number for after 2pm. In a nutshell is it clean YES, Is there hotwater YES, Is the bed comfy also YES! Perfect for one night after a cancelled flight and if you wanted to do Ibiza on a budget it is perfect for that.11 Jan, 0212 Beth M en Tripadvisor
"Great budget option"
We booked pretty late before going due to a birthday. We booked a triple room for 2 of us and it was perfect, very spacious with a little balcony. The bathroom is rather small/ shower cubicle. This wasn't a problem and we were expecting it to be. there are no amenities in the room, however we were hardly in there (fridge kettle). There is a coffee vending machine as you come up the stairs and also another in the main area near reception for cold drinks and snacks. The check in process was great as we arrived very late around 1am and the key was left in a secure lock with combination. The lady who owns the hostal was lovely and gave us all the information on the area. Location: The walk to the beach wasnt' far (10-15mins), however we were meeting with friends everyday so had others plans. There is a Lidl close by. The area feels a little more locals than in the tourist area. Transport: we caught the bus which was maybe 7euros (i cant remember) when we arrived (very easy), and a taxi to the airport when we departed around 12 euro. If you are looking to save on accommodation this is an excellent option, although worth noting a 15-20min walk to the town centre. Only improvement maybe a kettle in the room.…11 Jan, 0212 Nic en Tripadvisor
